You can sample your way through Pinehurst’s historic Village with chocolate everything. It is all about the love of decadent things. So bring your friends, spouse or special someone and indulge in chocolate, some sweet and some savory and a leisurely stroll in the shops around the Village.
The historic Village of Pinehurst is calling all chocoholics for an exciting evening of small bites. This event will feature different tasting locations where you can sample the largest gathering of chocolate in Moore county. Early Bird tickets are available now for $35 per person. In addition to all the fine restaurants and shops from the area, we are pleased to announce that we will feature three Chocolatiers just for this occasion. You won’t want to miss a morsel of these wonderful creations, including:
The featured Chocolatiers for this year’s event are from the Culinary Arts program at Sandhills Community College. Videri Chocolates out of Raleigh. This Bean-to-Bar chocolate maker will delight you with their chocolate confections and… Nina’s Sweet Brigadeiro Brazilian BonBons! These are just a few! Additionally, the Rotunda in the Theatre building will feature a chocolate station and a custom ice sculpture with a “luge” where the wine will be instantly chilled as it is served across the ice.

On Saturday evening, February 4th, just before Valentine’s Day, the Village of Pinehurst will be transformed into a connoisseur’s delight. Each tasting location will tantalize your senses. Even our locally owned restaurants and chefs are getting on the act by creating unique dishes with a chocolate flair; think savory chili with a touch of cocoa as the base as well as many sweet and savory offerings.
